    • Prototype and trial production runs usually are completed in 4 weeks or less.

    • Parts are assigned to teams that consist of specialists in each product type.

    • The team consists of a Project Leader, Engineer, Senior Technician, and a       Quality Technician.

    • Product teams have the full support of operations and management.
